Lourdes and Máximo, together with their five children, are the family that — after three generations — has taken over the running of the Balneario Aguas de Villaharta, the only family-run spa hotel in Córdoba.

After juggling it for a while, in 2015 they decided to devote their lives entirely to this project, turning it into their true life project. Their passion for the countryside, nature, gastronomy and design shows in every corner of the resort, always with special attention to detail and a constant pursuit of excellence.

Lourdes — warm, lively, tireless and deeply loving — pours a very special, close and motherly dedication into her work. Máximo — restless, non-conformist and persevering — channels his creativity into everything he does, especially in the kitchen, where he recovers the essence of the surroundings and transforms it with the passion he brings to every project.

Little by little their children — Máximo, Enrique, Bosco, Clara and Carmen — are joining in, helping according to their age and growing up alongside their parents whenever school allows.

They are supported by a close-knit young team who share the same sense of service to the guest and who are part of this family not only professionally, but also in the wish to grow together.
